Which data we process
- Data you provide yourself via the contact form, email, telephone or chat messages: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Data needed for a quotation or assignment: address, details about the home and the desired installation.
What we use it for
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule an introduction or appointment.
- To prepare quotations, carry out assignments and invoice.
- To meet legal obligations, such as the fiscal retention duty.
We send no newsletters without consent, never sell data to third parties, and use no tracking cookies or marketing trackers on this website.
How long we keep data
Contact requests are kept for at most one year after the last contact. Records belonging to an assignment are kept for seven years, a legal requirement in the Netherlands.
Who we share data with
Only with parties necessary for delivery: for example the contact-form processor, our bookkeeping, or an installation partner working on your project. Appropriate agreements are in place with these parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and the right to object to processing. Send a message to info@drebbel-automation.nl. If we cannot resolve a concern together, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
