Energy & home batteries

On 1 January 2027, the Dutch net-metering scheme ends. A well-chosen home battery with intelligent control prepares your home for that moment, and already earns money on dynamic energy prices today. Realistically: €300 to €800 per year, with no inflated promises.

We also handle the paperwork: the mandatory registration of your battery with the grid operator, and guidance on VAT recovery for trading batteries.

Home batteries: selection, placement and integration of systems such as Victron, Sigenergy and Sessy; mains connection by certified partners.
Energy management: charging, discharging and shifting consumption intelligently, based on dynamic prices and your own solar power.
EV charging: smart charge points (Alfen, Zaptec, Amina and others) that charge when power is cheap or comes from your own roof.
Heat pump integration: pre-heating during favourable hours; integration with NIBE, Vaillant, Daikin and others.
Insight: metering and logging per circuit, so you can see where every kilowatt-hour goes.

Security & access

Security that is vigilant without being intrusive, and that does not send your footage to a distant cloud. Camera recordings stay local, access is personal, and the house behaves as if you are home when you are not.

Insurers set their own requirements for certified alarm installations (the Dutch BORG scheme); where that applies, we work with a certified alarm partner and are transparent about it from the start.

Cameras & video doorbell: sharp images, local storage, intelligent detection without subscriptions.
Smart locks & access: personal codes and keys on your phone; a clear record of who enters and when.
Alarm scenarios: intrusion, smoke and CO detection linked to lighting, notifications and sirens.
Presence simulation: the house mimics your rhythm while you are away.
Leak detection: sensors in the right places, able to shut off the water supply automatically.

Light & atmosphere

Light defines how a home feels. We design lighting scenes that follow the day, from soft morning light to an evening that dims itself, and build architectural LED that cannot be bought off the shelf, but fits precisely.

Lighting scenes: per room and per moment: cooking, reading, film, dinner; one touch or fully automatic.
Occupancy detection: light that appears where you are and disappears where you are not.
Circadian lighting: colour temperature that follows natural daylight.
Architectural LED: bespoke light lines, coves and accents with professionally controlled LED.
Blinds integrated: shutters and screens as part of both the lighting plan and the climate.
Outdoor & garden lighting: atmosphere and safety around the house, in the same scenes as indoors.

Climate & ventilation

Comfort you feel rather than see: the right temperature in every room, fresh air based on actual air quality, and a climate system that works with your energy picture instead of against it.

Zone control: heat each room rather than the whole house; cool bedrooms, a warm study.
Ventilation done properly: heat-recovery and extraction driven by CO₂, humidity and particulates, not by a timer.
Air quality: measurement and automatic response: purify, ventilate, notify.
Intelligent coupling: thermostat, heat pump and blinds working together at the lowest cost.
Insight: temperature and consumption history per zone, clearly visualised.

Network & connectivity
